After commuting for many years, working in hectic, high-speed environments, I was finally able to manifest my dream of training in various complementary therapies.  I found Reflexology particularly beneficial for calming the nervous system - getting out of "fight & flight" mode, and so want to support other women going through different stages of life, or just needing some time out for deep relaxation & wellbeing.

Having a background in Shiatsu /meridian theory, I often incorporate that knowledge within my Reflexology treatments.  I love what I do, and continually seek to improve and develop my professional knowledge to enhance the therapies which are provided in a tranquil space.

Being a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and The Federation of Holistic Therapists, reassures my clients that I am fully qualified and insured for the therapies I offer.
